I'm here although I'm getting tired, once I'm back to my normal night owl self I'll be around until 2-3am most nights.

Morning all - I should be fast asleep in my bed as just back from a hen weekend with just 4 hours sleep last night - but seem to have a second wind! Have to go to work tomorrow too so not a good combo!
What are you all doing still awake?!

I'm awake as my Husband and I sleep apart. Bed to yourself you would think but oh no I now have a resident 7yr old in my bed. So, he puts her to bed and falls asleep in my bed. Can't wake the swine up now

I was going to go to bed, then I started watching the Leeds and Reading festival coverage on TV and now I'm wide awake again

I'm so gutted that I didn't go this year I really really wanted to see The Cure, but as I'm less than a week post op it wasnt to be

One of my daughters is there and she's having an awful time, someone nicked a lad of their stuff from the tent and pee'd all over their sleeping bags and clothes.

Even when I was younger I never fancied festivals. My rocking 7 year old wants to come to see Evanescence with me. Loved the Cure. Roberts Smith hasn't really aged

We've been taking my youngest since she was 3, seeing Muse at Leeds last year was one of her high points of the year!
We live near enough to Leeds that we can drive home each night and have a comfy bed and decent coffee in the morning
Gotta say Robert Smith still looks bloody good after all these years

Sounds like we have the same taste in Music. Seriously thinking of taking her if there are seats available. It wouldn't be fair for her to stand amongst all those people and she wouldn't see anything.

Yeh take her if you can, get her on the road to decent music taste...not all this JLS and Justin Bieber crap
A lot of the bigger venues have seating, so hopefully you'll get seats.

I sort of gave up on gigs this past few years as I was too self conscious but as I lose weight I know I'll be back to going to as many good gigs as possible...first one I've got planned is Robb Zombie and Marilyn Manson in November!

Incognito where are evanessence playing? Might go see them although their music is a bit dark, could be a suicidefest
