Someone I was chatting to recently said when she had her boob job she took arnica tabs to reduce bruising & had no bruises or discomfort . Anyone else done or thought of this with their surgery ( of whichever you have)

I have heard this too, Cheryl. Used Arnica liquid on my kids bruises when they were growing up, but no personal experience of the tablets. Don't suppose it would hurt to try as long as your team approve it xxx

Arnica tablets do work as my sister used them post breast enlargement. I intend to use these myself if surgery goes ahead.
Fingers crossed I will know tomorrow when I see the surgeon

I seem to remember reading about this somewhere before and think you need to get the okay from your team before you start taking them. as ever, different surgeons give different ideas

I used arnica pillules from boots for my surgery, started them about a week before. You crunch them in your mouth so fine to take in the early days post op.

witch hazel is just as good for bruising and can can be used as a cream or liquid ,im gona use this instead of taking a tablet after my surgery ..im going to put just near the wounds so as not aggrevate them xx
