Friday i went to my support group and got weighed i am finally under the 100 kgs 99.4 to be precise. I am so pleased hope never to see the 100 kgs again. I feel so much better I have lost 7stone 3pounds and have so much energy also I have started being able to take the vitamins and iron without dumping which is a relief. Also yesterday the outfit I had on was a size 18 top and bottom I can't remember the last time I wore a size 18. There gastric bypass surgery has really changed my life .
