Could anyone please let me know how to post attachments, I have some information that I think would be very helpful (SHA criteria for surgery decisions) to members and would like to post it in a thread.

Hi Pierce,

I managed to post the attachment on a news thread as I wanted to share a copy of the decision tree used to decide funding.

It was too big but I zipped it and posted it that way. My apologies for not removing the question, in truth I'm not sure how to do that either. Am very new to this.
