Hello my name is Audrey I still have to have my op done but I wanted to join and get used to this before as I see that support is a big help. Never been on a forum before and not sure what to add, but Ive been reading and it's clear that we all have the same worries, mine is just starting as I'm full of emotions as this is my last chance to turn my life around :wave_cry: Any help and advice is welcome Auds xx

Welcome Audrey I am a pre op'er & get loads of helpful info from the lovely people on here who have a vast amount of experience between them. Where about's do you live? This is important to your weight loss journey as all PCT's are different. Hope you are somewhere where the PCT are a bit flexible, lol x

Hi again I said I wasn't good at this , I live in Benllech on Anglesey and will be going back and forth to Salford Hospital.

Hi Auds, I am not familiar with Salford but no doubt there will be lots of people on here that are & will be able to give you the benefit of their experience. You will soon get the hang of the forum ... it really is the best one I have come across

Hi audss I'm with Salford and due to have my op with Mr Ammori on Monday. The team are great, I thought I had a long way to travel, but you have miles between Anglesey and Salford! They are really helpful though and did try to make my appointments on the same day to cut down on my travelling.
