Yep, done lots of things different, but ones that go against all the reasonable arguments.
I was in Filey camping Monday till Friday, I only rode my bike once, I ate fish from the chippy 2 times, I ate some crisps, a sausage roll or 2. But then I did swim twice a day, walked round Filey and Scarborough and to the beach and swam in the sea etc etc.
So I exercised lots less and ate lots more crap and lost again! But I did this on purpose, it was a test. To do something completely different for a week or 2 then knuckle down again. Try and kickstart my weightloss again by doing something completely different.
Lets see if my actions, which I have felt guilty for at times, work
