Back down to my lowest

I was happy to step on the scales this morning and find myself back down again.

I was actually the lowest I've ever seen me on the scales.

15st 1/2 lb but I don't count halves so I'm saying 15st 1lb again.

16st 11lb lost in total, 4lb since last weeks up.

Yep, done lots of things different, but ones that go against all the reasonable arguments.

I was in Filey camping Monday till Friday, I only rode my bike once, I ate fish from the chippy 2 times, I ate some crisps, a sausage roll or 2. But then I did swim twice a day, walked round Filey and Scarborough and to the beach and swam in the sea etc etc.

So I exercised lots less and ate lots more crap and lost again! But I did this on purpose, it was a test. To do something completely different for a week or 2 then knuckle down again. Try and kickstart my weightloss again by doing something completely different.

Lets see if my actions, which I have felt guilty for at times, work :D
 
Brilliant news and it works for you go for and dont feel guilty, remember it could of gone the other way, but you were willing to take the risk.:)
 
Thats a great weight lose although you say you feel guilty about eating surely you must be so pleased with everything
 
Same as me mate ive been off work since Weds and have had a few beers and genarally chilled and relaxed my eating, weighed myself this morning lost 2lbs its so weird i really want the weight loss to stop now, i go to the gym 3/4 times a week which obviously helps but i need to up my calories, good luck to you mate and keep being happy you deserve it.
