OH told me I look gaunt and that am hanging off myself today! I was chuffed and said thanks but he said he didn't like it . Honestly, I do not give a ....., best compliment I have had in years thank you very much haha. xx

He'll just have to get used to it hun. I think a few people who have gone a bit gaunt looking say it improves after a while. I think Sambucca was one so you could pm her about it if you're concerned about it.

Id rather be called gaunt than fat!! No concerns here, think I look more tired than anything, but am only just 4 weeks post-op! Can sleep for England, but am sure that will pass. Cannot wait to get to some spin classes! Got the cocoa butter at the ready to ease any sagging in the face. I am only 29 though, so hopefully the face will spring back haha! xx

Well I am 54 so may have to scoop it all up under the wig I will need when my hair falls out ... bahahahaha ... but I will do it happily as I will be doing it as a slimmer, healthier me xxx

Im 56 and the face and body looking at me in the mirror is very different to 8 months ago.I feel scraggy and gaunt but people say I look very well and a lot younger than my age so hey ho!Im in 14/16 clothes and feel healthier than I have in the last 30 years!Ps thats me in the floral tshirt in my avatar when I was size 18.

Hiya, its quite common that people who love you will say things like this, usually its because they're worried about the overall change in you, not just in how you physically look. Maybe he just needs some reassurance that you feel better within yourself, but you still feel the same about him?
