hope it goes ok for you. Once you are back in the buzz of things and people are asking questions it will feel like you have never been off. will also mean you are a bit more active i suppose and may help with the weight loss? think of it as apositive, next step to your goal.

yes thanks Yve , the consultant & the dietician are both very happy with my progress , said carry on as i am .
occy health lady was lovely & says she has an interest in bariatrics , was it ok to follow me up ? of course i said yes . she also wants some of my cards that i had made up for our support group as she has some other people interested in this route .she emailed my boss with what i could & couldn't do , which is basically no manual handling till i'm 3 months post op .

lol, yes indeed , as well as the appointments i had also cooked dinner for the girls , so at least tomorrow i won't have to worry , i put the chilli i cooked into a pot for tomorrow & we have steak for tonight now , something new for Polly to try lol

Cool I know some people need it really soft. But if you are ok with other grilled meats, all should be good
