band tightness

Hi everyone
Do you ever have days when your tighter than others. had 3rd band fill last sat and was tighter but ok and managing but today im even tighter and struggling and have no idea why. Any suggestions?

Hey tink, I have this sometimes. This weekend my band has been particularly tight where as last week it was verging on loose. Im in two minds whether I need another fill or not. I have no idea what causes this but maybe water retention due to TOM or something similar could be the culprit. Bands are temperamental things with a mind of their own!

i find illness or the if im brewing for a cold and stress tighten me up alot also if im overexcited/emotional

i do feel like im coming down with a cold so maybe thats it. strange the effects the band has.
