Hi there, try to stay calm and just sip some warmish liquids- not very cold. Cold liquids are hard to get down at all times. You will be very swollen after surgery so try not to panic. This happened to me and I got very scared but after a couple of hours I tried to take some liquids again very gently and they went down. Try and sip something every now and then and keep your fluids up.
If you're still struggling in the morning, try contacting your surgical team and talk to them.

You're not alone! I struggled for the first few days but just keep taking little sips. I found it helped to constantly have a drink in front of me or to carry around a bottle of drink wherever I went.
Keeping up your fluids will help you recover so it's very important.
Also l, I suffered with terrible headaches... Looking back, it was probably just low fluids.
Good luck hun. Xx

I had mine done on 30th October. I didn't have any fill in it though- have you?
Even with no fill I didn't really have an appetite for about 10 days and like you, found it especially hard in the first few days.
I've got the opposite problem now... Waiting for my fill in January and can eat completely normal which is a pain as I've put on a few pounds with all the Christmas festivities.
If you have anymore problems or questions don't hesitate to ask- if I can't help you there will always be someone here who can. Xx

try sugar free ice lollies honey :) xxx

are you using a straw? It's far easier to drink from a straw as you can take small amounts, but often. Good luck x

My provider told me not to do this due to sucking in air into your new pouch. Just have the tiniest of sips when you can but don't panic of its not much. Too much emphasis on here is around intake but listen to your body...if its not wanting much just try n do what you can!!! I hardly had anything first 10 days x
