I am stuck in my old habits food wise and would like some fresh ideas of what i can make for tea! I don't mind if its time consuming or a quick meal....I just need some fresh ideas please?!

Left over curry. First one since op but it made me realise that even though I have no restriction but it took three meals to get through the portion. But I need a fill because what fills me up is carbs and its not good xxx
