Hi Becky. I am banded. At the moment I am low carbing - Atkins style and I have found it great. I seem to be eating less now than I did prior to low carbing.
I have only had one experience of going out for a meal since I had the band. I found I could hardly eat anything and ended up leaving most of it. It was really strange. I don't know whether the occasion made my band really tight.
I am trying to make healthy choices now and avoid as much processed stuff as I can. I feel much better for it.
