Looks good, covers all the stages too. Think i might order this along with WLS for Dummies...i'll be fully prepared lol!

I ordered mine direct from the website last night. There's lots of useful info and recipes on the website too - divided into three stages: pre-op, early post-op, and "food for life". The author is a food writer who had a RNY last year so she is perfectly placed to provide good eating advice.
 
I ordered from the web site too last night. Looks really good and blog is good too. I know i am jumping the gun, but I have decided that if i don't get funding I have to do something to lose the weight. I will try a liquid diet for a few days at a time, and have also bought a Wii fit board to start exercising slowly and carefully once i have lost a bit.....if i can.

Is it any cheaper on Amazon? I know it's £9.99 on the website.

I loved the site, thought the recipes came from basic ingredients we mostly have in the house without going out to buy a silly amount of herbs n spices n stuff...

Chuffy? Go borrow your wls for dummies from your local library, once you've read it you won't read it twice hun xx

It is £9.95 and you get free delivery with amazon - not sure how much you pay if you get it from the site. It is not yet in stock on amazon but I do not mind the wait.

lol i really want to order this book but i feel if i do i will jinx myself and not get funding. So I'm going to wait a bit.
 
Yorkiegal do it crafty and go into your local library in a few weeks and see if they have it.... Go in a few times and ask different people, they might order it in if enough people ask for it lol :) xx
