been for sleep apointment

This afternoon I have been up to Blandford for my sleep appointment . Have been joking all week about getting my Darth Vader mask lol , whilst in fact its pretty much silent , phew !!!
Whilst at the appointment I had to be weighed , height & neck measured to work out size of mask & TWICE the nurse said I had petite features ...... don't think petite has ever been put in a sentence about me ROFL
Anyway here's hoping for a decent night sleep tonight .

I did ask if all people who lose weight stop having sleep apnoea & she said 2/3 of people who's apnoea is caused by weight issues will stop having apnoea . I mentioned that a few yrs back when I lost on Cambridge my ex said I was so quiet asleep he had to check I was alive . She smiled
& said that sounded very hopeful .
Am therefore hoping to only use cpap for 8-10 mths
