Hi everyone - quick update since the bike ride!
Today I joined Curves - a ladies only circuit training gym. I think that I did ok.
I cant believe my mind set at the mo tho the weight is still not shifting. I am averaging 800 cals per day which seems a lot as I am 9 weeks post op but the surgeon said that my body would adapt faster because of the original op. Still I should be losing on 800 cals shouldnt I?
I am contenting myself with the thought that with all the excercise - I am building the muscle
