Hope you don't mind me posting a before and after photo. The first one was taken in Aug 5 months after my bypass so i was much bigger and the second was taken a few days ago. i can now at last tell i am loosing weight. Janey

I am so pleased lotsabeefy this is what i was hoping would happen i hoped that i could spur people on and show people what a wonderful tool we have been given. You go girl it might seem like a lot of weight now but beleive me before you know where you are the stones are coming of thick and fast. Just make sure you stick to healthy eating. Janey
