beginging my journey

Hi there I'm just about to complete their 2 the weight watcher for 12 weeks and lost 2lb I suffer with polycystic ovaries syndrome and fibremielger.. I'm not sure what happens now once thats completed??? Help

Hi @123aw and welcome to the forum.

I am sorry but I don't know what will be the next stage for you. What area are you in as that might help people know how to respond.

Each region does things differently. Do you know if you have been referred for the surgical path? On to tier 3? Or do you have to go back to your GP for further referral?

Might be worth checking with your GP to make sure the referral process is continual or to see if you have to request another referral?

Hi I got a referral by my gp just finished the 12 weeks weight watchers program so hopefully the next journey will be soon the 6 month process and Southampton spire
