Best choice of diet yoghurts

So, I made a slight miscalculation about mueller light yoghurts yesterday. Found out they're a bit higher in calories than I thought. I'm sticking with them for this week as I bought loads and will just eat fewer pots, but can anyone recommend a good brand of diet yoghurts that are around 60 calories per pot? Thanks! Ines x

I wouldn't worry too much about the calorie content. Just make sure the sugar and fat content is low. I ate muller lights on my pre op diet :)

Muller lights are low fat but not low sugar. The pots are fairly large so more calories.

Check with your team what they recommend, maybe you could split one for instance.

I've got some weight watchers ones, they 49 kcals with 4.4g of sugar.

I used the muller ones during my pre-op, they are larger in size so I reduced the amount that I was eating. The other ones I eat are weightwatchers (love the pack with 2 apricot and 2 nectarine flavours in) but they do various packs of 4, and they are around that amount, but then are also half the size of the muller ones.

I find the weight watchers ones don't have as much variety as mueller light. But will try them anyway. At the moment, I will stick with the Mueller Light and only have six of them as I have bought a weeks supply. Thanks guys.

Depends what shop you go in, some of them do the nectarine/apricot which is a limited edition. There are also citrus ones, (lemon, lemon & lime, pink grapefruit , orange and nectarine) they do a dessert recipe selection which is (strawberry tart, raspberry tart, lemon tart and toffee apple), summer fruit selection which is strawberry, raspberry, peach and cherry. They also do the Toffee and Vanilla selection which has 2 of each. The big Tescos in Chelt do a better selection than a lot of the others. They also do now a weightwatchers greek yoghurt version too which are ok.

Their desert selection sounds good to me, if it doesn't have too many calories. I'm not keen on many fruit yoghurts, I am somewhat picky I am afraid.

Irish "diet" yogs are about 60/61 cals each and low sugar as well as fat free. They are yummy but start to go thin if not eaten immediately and in full (like at the very beginning post op when you can't eat a whole pot).

Hi when I went to seminar dietician recommended no larger than 125 gram pot which for example weight watchers was only 120grams
And she said no more than 10 grams of sugar within each pot and weight watchers range from about 5 grams to 8 grams so tbh they are exactly what u want however I am
Sure there are more out there :)
Good luck I start my pre op diet 31 march for 2 weeks ;)
God luck

ive been having kids yogurts, oddly there lower in sugar and cals than many of the "diet" yogurts. i spend ages in shops comparing everything going
