Hiya Snow White. All I can say is that on my recent funding (for WLS) letter at the bottom in bold print it says that the funding doesn't include plastics and that needs to be a separate application with much mote stringent criteria including maintaining a healthy BMI for a minimum of 2 years.
That's Bexley PCT through SE London PCT.
