Hi I'm allso one month post op! I'm feeling good and today is my first day back at work. I'm excited about seeing everyone as I'm almost 4.5 stone lighter ! How r u getting on? Good luck am xx

Thanks for the warm welcome all. I am my last week of soft foods so been on scrambled eggs and macaroni etc. Solid food starting the 19th so cannot wait. The one that does annoy me though is the always want you to take about 30 mins for a meal.

Thats all well and good but it ends up freezing cold half the time :8855:

dontcha just hate cold food - cold drinks - etc

maybe they do it on purpose so we dont clear the plate :8855:
