If you mean a lot of gloop like thick bubbles of saliva, that is due to eating too fast or having a bit of a large bite that is too much for your pouch to accomodate usually. It's not bile unless it's very bitter and usually the "gloop" is from above the stomach rather than in it.
if its after you have eaten then its stomach juices and also when the food is in the pouch the saliva thats swallowed naturally has no path way through the pouch as the food blocks its route, the pouch then fills more with this and because it has no quick way down it has to come back orally which is really unpleasant x

I agree with neen , I have had this before for the reasons Neen has stated, even when I was chewing like made I couldnt work out why the "gloop" happened and I realised I was swallowing a too bigger load for me pouch, I soon corrected this tho(about the size of a 20p piece I eat) ............Remember Just take your time and chew,chew,chew xx
