Blood pressure and potassium

Off to hospital tomorrow to see if Blood pressure tablets have worked and have blood test to see if potassium level is high enough - has anyone else had to have these looked at before surgery? And do you know what results they are looking for?:sign0163:

Currently my surgery is scheduled for 20th December but this is dependent on these tests.

i think it is normal for most people to have these tests done so dont worry about it, they just have to make sure your blod pressure is normal for the op.. good luck hun x
