Just had my results back today. All is looking good accept I'm low in vitamin D which is weird as I do outdoor duty everyday at work for 20 minutes and its always sunny here. My irides acid is tad high so I must cut down on red meat and pulses. I'm just happy yo see my protein levels up and my cholesterol doing fine.
Ps been on the treadmill 5 days in a row and cut out carbs and had no weight loss. Then didn't go on for 2 days and added a tiny amount of carbs and weighed 1 kg lighter. Isn't life weird
