Well just got the results of my blood test all statisfactory no action needed ....hope this is a good thing.......when i read on hear people seem to have lots wrong with im morbidly obese ankles hips and knees hurt possibly have sleep apnoea......had gallbladder out a few years ago ....do you need things wrong before they will give you surgery

Clairer17, In my case I. I was simply overweight. No sleep apnea, diabetes etc.

It all depends on the part of the country you live in. If you've had a referral you must meet the criteria.

I do not think you need something wrong just to be in need and meet the requirement guidelines ..good luck

Thank you all i must have met the criteria as i have my 1st seminar at Darlington hospital on the 24 sept....i have a bmi of 46/47
