Bloody carbs!

Is there ANYTHING that doesn't have high carbs?! Even blooming sweetcorn! It just taken me an hr to buy 10 items in asda cos I'm checking everything for something diff to make for dinner!!!

Grrrr having a bad day as is it!

Veggie wise most green veg are low carb, also cauliflower, french green beans,courgette, leeks, mangetout,mushrooms, peppers,onions , shallots,lettuce, sping greens , spring onions,cucumber, celery & moderate portions of tomatoes,...things like white potatoes, carrots, peas and corn are higher in carbs. Hope thats helpful somehow x

Thus pretty much all I've been eating. That and WW soups and getting sooooo bored of it!
