just noticed that my BMI is down to 39 from 57 so thats another milestone
did'nt make the mayday chalange just 2 lbs to go and then in the 17s whoop whoop :talk017:

another milestone today i just got into a pair of wait for it
a 38 " jeans, now down from a 56" at the start of this wonderful journey
thank you everyone for the nice comments they do really help
