[im just big boned]

My bmi at the moment is 44 and my gp has referred me to dietician when i asked for surgery, i have been prescribed orlistat tabs but was just wondering if i lose a couple of stone which will make my bmi go below the 40 mark will they then not consider surgery? Really need this and just allsorts going round my head......thanks x
