At goal at last.....
Did my first body pump class yesterday (a weights based exercise class) and every muscle in my body aching. I loved it though and will be doing it every week. Trainer says you burn 400-600 cals per class depending on how heavy your weights are. I also did an hour in the gym beforehand and had already done s 2 hour London walk prior to that so am feeling the results this morning
