i've been having 2 weetabix for breakfast and I'm hungry mid morning.
Can i have better options for breakfast from you that will fill me and keep me full for longer please?
Most wheat based foods will make you hungry mid morn as the body will convert the carbs to glucose (sugar) although wholewheat is slower releasing. Protein based breakfast will sustain you longer - so eggs, fish, cheese or protein drinks. Scrambled eggs with mushrooms ham and grated cheese is a favourite of mine. At weekends I buy fresh sardines and grill them med style with tomatoes.
