Butter replacement

I am wondering what people have to replace butter on their toast, crackers etc? Do you just do without, choose an alternative or do you just have a scraping of butter? Recommendations of something good would be fantastic please. At the moment I am using laughing cow lite in place of butter. Many thanks in advance for any advice you have :)

Personally I cant stand margarine, or low fat spreads, so I always have real butter - although its quite rare as I dont often eat toast or crackers etc.

I dont eat many things that need a spread on now but I do have half a scone now and then with butter.Moderation is my new mantra!

I just have a scraping of Flora light or extra light on my toast. X

I use real butter. The same as the other posters, I dont want or need it often as I don't eat much bread or many crackers but when I do I like to have the real thing on them! I also have a bit of cheese with my crackers if I am indulging!
I would never have crackers or toast with butter and jam as butter and jam together make me dump big style.

Thanks for all the suggestions. It is nice to know that a scraping of butter from time to time doesn't cause too many problems as I really do hate low fat spreads, olive spreads and margarines.

I am extremely partial to Dutch Crispbreads and Crackerbreads but hate to eat them dry so a little scraping of butter will do fine.

I know what you mean about bread, since I had the band nearly two years ago I have not been able to eat bread as it always gets stuck and comes back up again.

Been thinking, after my bypass on Monday I will no longer have a tiny stomach hole to avoid blocking, instead I will be trying to avoid blocking the bottom of my tummy pouch instead. Swings and roundabouts :D
