Had my op on 29/10/13 :D at Spire Hull at 7.30pm was in their special unit overnight very well looked after got up the following morning and walked to my room, followed by tiny drinks of water then in the afternoon had a special x ray to make sure seals were intact then ta-dah Milk.
Got dressed put lippy on and went to an owlss meeting which was brilliant, spent a night at the spire then home next morning.
I have taken some pain killers as I am a little sore if I cough I have been walking a little as well and getting up to keep legs going.
Today was yummy as I had porridge for brecky very runny.
Lunch was 2 hazelnuts a third of a banana and milk all liquidised with 2 tablespoons of dried milk added.
Evening was Broccoli, 2 inch square roast beef, cottage cheese, spoon of marmite all liquidised. sounds worse than it reads lol

Calcium tablets ....vitamin tablets....

drinks include marmite, orange and milk as I do not drink tea and coffee.

Anyway feeling good and positive.:)

If anyone has any ideas do let me know
thanks all

Congratulations, well done. Just a quick question ..should you be on liquids not puree?

I was instructed to have soups for two weeks before moving onto pureed foods.

Indeed Beeg - and only 125ml p/hr for 16hrs p/day, for two weeks post op. Amazes me the different routines the various teams prescribe. Good luck Wrighty. Welcome to the losers' bench x

yes everything is sieved then added to a runny stage silly me I did not put that.and I get my grams mixed up it is 120mls and not 20 grams (brought up inches ) so I will amend that.
thanks for pointing it out.
