Ok let me say this first, although I'd love to I know it's not wise to try for a baby now as I'm 4 months post op.
Just wondered how long other people waited before trying to conceive, did you conceive quite quick, need fertility help etc
I have quite severe pcos & had the bypass to improve my health & chances of trying to concieve, ttc for 2 years before op I've lost over 7 stone & I my periods had returned (hadn't had any for 3.5 years) am worried that I'll lose all the weight but still won't be able to conceive. I did have metformin which made me really sick so docs stopped it. I know I'm rushing a head of myself & consultant has said wait 12-18 months. It's just everyone around me have either had babies or pregnant. Even though I'm happy for them I can't help feeling a little jealous x x
