Calcichew & Biotin

I've bought some of these today from holland and barrat but noticed they have dextrose in is this likely to make me dump ?
Also has Anyone heard of using biotin to help with hair loss ?

The only way you can find out is to try one. The amount of dextrose in the tablet may be so low that it doesn't affect you. Pop one and find out. Can you not get the calcium on prescription from your Dr.

I know that's the only way is to try but I'm so frightened of dumping I'm being over cautious. Thanks for your reply Kate will make an app to see gp about meds.
