please can you tell me where every one gets their calcium citrate from ? And if they get it PX what is it called . I'm struggling to find Calcuim citrate and my GP px Calcuim carbonate . I think we cant absorb carbonate and need citrate is that right ?

I take the Lloyds pharmacy brand calcium and vitamin D tablets. I wasn't told we can't absorb calcium carbonate?

Any one have it px by their GP ? I got mine on amazon as well but I get free px as I have a low thyroid . I was told it has to be calcium. Citrate and most calcium is carbonate !
