HI everyone
I'm just looking for a bit of calorie advice. I was banded in Feb and it's been a slow process for me, lost 2 stone so far. I have reasonable restriction but i'm not fully there yet. I am trying to stick to 1200 cals a day but finding it really hard and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how best to split this down, so how much I should allocate to breakfast, lunch dinner etc. Any help greatly appreciated - Thanks xxx
