Calories????

Go by the amount of protien and dont worry about calories your team should tell you.
 
I was told that for the first 6 months no more then 800 calories. Then after that and for the rest of your life it should be no more then 1200 that's for females though. It should be higher for men. I would ask your nutritionist If possible. Cus you should deffinately be counting calories not just protein.
