calories....

Peeps... How many calories a day are you having. Im four months post RNY and varying between 600 and 1100. Don't know if its too few or too blooming many?

I'm about the same tbh, I read somewhere we should be heading for about 1200.

My cals are all over the places, I just try n eat healthy and o I'm still losing it's working, but iv ready 1200-1600 per day xx

just out of interest what type of foods are you eating and how much halyz, mind you at your stage, cals shouldn't come into it.

Be careful though blokes calorie allowances are higher than for us ladies.
