Has anyone used Cambridge shakes for their liquid stage? I have loads of powder shakes and ready made cartons which I thought would be ideal to use if it's allowed as I spend big parts of my working day driving??

I'm bypass and I did, but I found my tastes changed post op and u found them far too sweet x
