camping after a fill...

I'm going camping 2 days after my next fill and wondered what mushy stuff I could take that isn't carb heavy. Obviously I could have things like mash and beans but can anyone thing of anything else. I will not have refrigeration. Have already planned some porridge and soups but do t want my cals to go crazy because of the carbs! Thanks :)

you say you will have refrigeration so why would yoghurts not keep?

How about eggs, tuna, soup, beans, tinned spaghetti to mash, bananas,
 
Anything in a can! You can get loads of canned foods, even chilli con carne. Tuna mayo, chunky soups, mushy peas!
