hello anyone reading this
now this is not strictly a minimins query but can anyone help me
my laptop is playing up, I cant click on links or pictures properly, i have to click clikc clikc like mad to get things to open and then 9 tmes out of ten it comes up as 'about blank' and i cant close it
have done full avg scan and have norton as part of my bt wireless package thing

if no one here can help then kevin will give u a hand when he gets home. he may be able to have a look remotely or just talk u thru it. if theres one thing hes good at, its computer fixing lol. he'll be home at 6ish if u havent got someone else sorting it out b4 then xxx

I too am useless, but do sympathise... It seems that every time I call IT support for help at work that one of the first things they suggest is to turn off, count to ten, and turn back on.

Perhaps worth a try?

couldnt hurt. when my pc is playing up i usually turn it off for a few mintes and its sorted. otherwise i leave it for hubby lol

oooooh i fixed it myself so proud LOL

i had turned on a feature called tabbed browsing that was making my new pages open in tabs????
anyway tis off now and all working again
