Can't help you for definite (only your bariatric team can give you a definite answer) but when I was on the milk diet the only additional fluids I was allowed was tea, coffee & sugar free cold drinks (plus water obvs) x

you will need to check...it is unlikelym but just think how much you can have on liquid stage

I have one almost daily as a sweet treat lol

Hi ya hon.. Phone Sunderland dieticians and ask hon, but I dont think we are allowed it. Its not in the book no drinks above 2 cal are listed.

Hugs x soon we will be there.. Have a milky coffee instead. If you have a sweet tooth you can add those low sugar things splendar or something.

I used choc slim fast for my daily hit lol,

I'm having 3 or 4 slim fast a day and unlimited sf drinks, and the odd oxo

Which I eat/ drink from a tea spoon as it makes me feel like eating something lol,

But every provider for some reason are different, good luck and keep up the good work, xxx
