Can my Journal be moved?

Hi Pierce, I just wondered whether my Janey's Journal could be moved from the Paul McKenna forum to the new Beyond Chocolate sub-forum you kindly created for us yesterday? My journal is all about my time with Beyond Chocolate so I'd like to take it with me. Hope that's possible? Thanks Pierce!!
