thanks for that will look out for them havnt tried greek yoghurt before so will give them a bash

Theres a recipe thread somewhere with ideas of what to do with it :)

will see if i can find it thanks

It's great to marinade chicken breast in and then BBQ!!! So yummy!!! Havnt tried that since my band though

When mixed with sugar substitute it tastes like Dream topping if you remember that?!
mixed with whole grain mustard and balsamic vinegar it's a bit like salad cream...
Very odd clever little stuff it is - full of protein, should be everyone's best friend for us WLS people!

Pound for 250g at waitrose

£1 a pot where I live, I've been getting 2 a week and that lasts me fine. Could probably get a bit more, my PT has a pot a day - but I will build up to it perhaps the more I eat!

think i will get a pot next time at shops to try

Can't live without it now. Totally converted. LOL

I get the big pots, weigh put 100g I to a bowl add a bit of drained tinned fruit or fresh fruit it's beautiful saved me on many a day when the protein intake is low. I use it in place of cream on other puddings to. I've yet to try it as a savoury but having seen people's ideas on here & the other thread have come up with I shall be exploring them soon.
