I'm 3 days post op at home, struggling with liquids. Soups are fine and nas squash but I have just tried a very weak nas crusha with a spoon of marvel and now feel terrible, shaky sweaty etc do wonder if I'm dumping?

I have the NAS strawberry crusha, and although as Caren says its no added sugar it is still quite in high in all its natural sugars. I was going to use it in protein shakes and the like, but after looking at the sugar content didn't bother. Does sound like it didn't agree with you very much...
I don't but maybe it's the milk? it actually has a fair bit of sugar in it. Maybe you could try a milk alternative like unsweetened soy? Might be worth a try x
