Can we take tablets

Hi all

I am currently taking all medicine in liquid form. I want to start taking L lysine and can only seem to find it in pure form in a capsule.

Are we ok to take tablets with the band?

I take tablets with mine and gave all the way through. Some people find when they have a lot of restriction some maybe difficult to take depending on the size of them.
Always worth checking to see if they can be crushed but as a lot are coated and cannot be you need to be careful.

Yes tablets are fine x
