Can't post

Hi, I am a friend of a member and have started on the cambridge diet. I would like to join the site but am having trouble. I have a user name and password but am unable to post as it says I'm not verified.
Can you please advise what I need to do?

Hiya Taz,

I have had a look with Karen, but couldn't find an email from when she joined. Reset the password today thinking that may sort it but it didn't.. she got emails about resetting the password but nothing to verify the membership.

Hi, we went through her entire email account.. is there anyway to get the message sent again? She can't re-register as it recognises the email addy.

Pierce will probably be along shortly and he should be able to sort that out and maybe send another email. When you try to log in does it give the option to resend the verification email?

I'm not at Karen's at the moment (we live next door to each other), but I couldn't see any option. Gave an option to log out that was about it. Did have a list of 2 options that 'could' be wrong, one was that it was waiting to be verified or possibly been banned... I can't remember the other one.

I'll get Karen to update if she can.
