hi guys, just wanted to know from you, (if you have reached your target weight, or about too or havent yet started), what one thing would you like to be able to wear or do, after surgery.
mine is to get into a decent pair of shoes, as my feet are so fat, i am very limited what i can wear. so defo shoes!!

Hi there
I have a LONG wait for my surgery (Approx 2 years!), and the one thing I'm looking forward to the most is being able to paint my toe mails without getting out of breath and feeling like my stomach is in my throat!! I love clothes, but when your big there really isn't much choice so I can't wait to loose the weight and shop because I like the clothes ant not because its the only thing that fits!

Hi C-02

Well I am halfway through my journey, and have noticed a big difference already as far as my clothes go.

One thing I have had to do already is go and get fitted for new bras....I only bought 2 as they are quite expensive; and I know my `pups` wont fit in them for long. Pointless buying any more at this point...hoping I can hang on for quite a while until I need to replace them again.

Talking of shoes....I have noticed the swelling around my feet and ankles has gone down quite a bit, but until now I hav`nt bought any new shoes, as like a lot of women, I had a lot accumated over the years, some smaller than others by maybe a fraction.....that make for a better fit now.

I have been saving my money. I have decided that when I get to goal - to give me greater incentive, I will splurge out on some new clothes in stores I have only looked at in awe....and dreamed of entering.
