How do I do this please, i've seen it happen with other threads but cannot see how to do it myself?

If you click on the white space around it, it should turn blue and you can retype what you want.

I remember in the past having trouble to get it to work for some reason, but now it just happens

Don't know whether I have something set up differently, or I've just perfected the technique
