changing ticker !!!

hi girls how do i change and update my weightloss ticker i have tried clicking on it but nothing ,i know there have been other threads about this but they did`nt work either:sigh::sigh::sigh: xxheather

I had the same problem so can't help but have a feeling it may be to do with the way we imported ticker.

You can click on your own ticker or on someone else's and it will bring you back to the Ticker Factory site...once there, pick your tracker and click next and it will bring you to the page where you put in your details...put in your own pin number and you can update your information.

If you have lost your pin number you will have to make up a new one and this will give you a new ticker starting from date of new pin number.

Glad you sorted it as I would'nt have been able to help you lol. I'm absolutely useless with anything technical so its a good job I have my daughter and sons to do mine lol.
