Tonight I have gotten a ham hock (£1.50 from Morrisons or the butcher) and cut off the fat (pain in the bum but worth it) Boiled it in oven with 6 peppercorns, some mixed herbs and an onion...will shread that later and have it with some mash with added cheese. Yummy! x
